Appointment Policy

We encourage that you make an appointment for your pet. Walk-ins will be seen as soon as possible but patients with appointments and emergency cases will always be seen first.


Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.

Portville Veterinary Clinic requires payment at the time of service. We try to make it easy to comply with our policy by providing estimates and accepting several forms of payment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or annoyance.

 

In order to meet the needs of clients who would like the option to delay payment, we offer CareCredit extended payment plans. CareCredit may be applied for at any time, either through our office or by phone. They offer a variety of extended payment plans, including a "90 Day No Interest" option.
